UmdenkLabor is the creative mode at con gressa: breaking down habitual thought patterns and daring to come up with new ideas. We change perspectives, experiment and bring in fresh impulses using various methods and tools. Whether it’s new event formats, creative communication campaigns or unconventional editorial approaches – it’s worth thinking outside the box.<\/p>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Strategic communication and organization<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We use proven consulting and moderation techniques to help you raise the profile of your communication work. The objectives are defined with you in advance, and in the workshop itself, for example, existing personnel skills and resources are analyzed and a sustainable distribution of tasks with clear responsibilities is developed. We create the necessary space for a collegial exchange about your current communication strategy or support individual strategic considerations that can be embedded in an overarching transfer strategy and a mission statement process. We can also focus on designing new, low-resource yet effective measures to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Interaction concepts for events<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Interaction helps to impart knowledge. Wherever possible and sensible, interactive elements should be planned and visible. This workshop will give you tips on how to activate your participants and awaken tired minds. We will outline formats and demonstrate best practices, report on our projects and give practical tips. You will of course have the opportunity to ask specific questions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>AI tools in communication work<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Are you already working with ChatGPT & Co? Which AI tools are actually available? How can AI tools be used immediately in communication work and what is perhaps still a dream of the future? Our in-house workshop offers practical knowledge and opportunities to try things out. After a brief introduction, our trainers will get to grips with the application together with your team. We work together on text and images using AI. We discuss and use examples from your day-to-day work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Time management and self-organization in project work<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Who doesn’t know the feeling of not having done enough again, of always running after deadlines or being paralyzed by a mountain of unfinished to-dos? Surely we all remember moments when better self-organization could have helped us reach our goal faster and with less stress. In our webinar “Time management and self-organization in project work”, we will show you online tools to help you stay on top of things and teach you methods for mastering the challenges of parallel projects in particular. We provide tips and practical insights into our agency processes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Combine video, text and images in an exciting presentation – give your content the visibility it needs! How about multimedia storytelling to present your outstanding research results? Present your degree programs, the campus or the development of the university in a varied and captivating way? There are several tools for this, including Pageflow, which was developed in Germany.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Good science communication needs to be learned. That’s why, together with the “Wissenschaft im Dialog” initiative, we offer several digital Wisskomm Schools a year for young researchers and communicators. Experts from the industry share their knowledge and exchange ideas directly with the participants.
