Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin

We were able to realize various online events in different formats for the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) during the pandemic years. But even after that, the collaboration didn’t stop.

In general, con gressa is active in the field of conceptual and organizational planning for the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin and is also responsible for technical support in the implementation of the various formats (including diversity workshops, scientific retreats, specialist conferences).

Despite the special circumstances in 2020 and 2021, the HZB did not have to do without its annual user meetings, which intensify scientific exchange and stimulate new collaborations. Thanks to con gressa, the meetings could take place completely digitally. We used the all-in-one platform Let’s Get Digital for this.

For the SNI2022 (Synchrotron Radiation, Neutrons and Ion Beams), which took place in Berlin from 5 to 7 September 2022, we took over the organizational implementation as an agency. After the pandemical online phase, the conference was able to take place on site again for the first time and brought together around 400 scientists from Germany and Europe. The focus was on the diversity of scientific and technological research areas at large-scale research facilities – from fundamental, knowledge-driven investigations to application-oriented material and device development.
