The Next Grand Challenge of the Berlin University Alliance

As part of the Grand Challenge initiative, the Berlin University Alliance called for proposals for its next major research topic. The aim was to specifically address different target groups: Researchers, students and young people from the Berlin area. While we worked closely with the Berlin universities to address researchers and students, the acquisition of young people required creative approaches. For a social media strategy tailored to the target group, we relied on Instagram, produced suitable graphic and video material and used customized paid ads to reach precisely the young target group that is otherwise difficult to activate. This enabled us to generate valuable attention for the youth workshops and increase their participation in the initiative.

Association of Public Libraries in Berlin

In the last few months of 2024, the Association of Public Libraries in Berlin commissioned us to take over the social media communication of the Instagram channel in order to publicize the wide range of services and get more Berliners excited about libraries.

We took over the assignment from the communications agency Mann beißt Hund and continued the campaign. Our focus was on the creation of social media content (Instagram) and community management.

The success of the campaign is not only directly reflected in the increased number of followers (500+ new followers), but also in the increase in content interactions (71% more compared to the previous quarter).

Stiftung Wissen by Sparkasse KölnBonn

Stiftung Wissen by Sparkasse KölnBonn is committed to promoting STEM subjects in schools. We have been managing the foundation’s Instagram presence since fall 2024.

Getting children & young people interested in STEM

Fewer and fewer young people are choosing to study STEM subjects. To prevent this from becoming a permanent situation, Stiftung Wissen wants to get children and young people interested in the exciting world of STEM at an early age. Interest in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology should be awakened and specifically encouraged as early as elementary school. On Instagram, we communicate complex topics in a playful way and report on foundation projects such as the MINTmobil.

Enter Science – The future talk

For the German Research Foundation and the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn, we accompany the Enter Science talk series on Instagram and support the development of the community. In the run-up to the events, we prepare key questions and research findings for the primarily young target group, stimulate discussions with interactive formats and promote exchange with the community. We also delve deeper into relevant topics after the talks and pick up on insights from the live discussions.
